2. In the next step, head to the web browser on your device and type the URL – www.talktofoodlion.com on the address bar. This will directly take you to the survey webpage.
3. On the survey webpage, you can select the language in which you would like to take your TalkToFoodLion Survey forward. Two language options are available – Spanish and English.
4. Once you have selected the language, go to the next page.
5. There, you will be asked to enter the 16-digit survey code which you will find printed on the recent purchase receipt.
6. You will also need to enter the date and time of your last visit to the Food Lion Store.
7. Once you have submitted all the required details, a questionnaire will appear on your device screen with a set of questions.
8. The questions will be mostly regarding your experience during the last visit to the store. Answer all the questions one by one with full honesty.
9. After you have completed answering all the questions, you will be asked to provide all your necessary contact details such as your mobile number, email ID, residential address, etc.
10. Make click on the Submit button and you will automatically enter the TalkToFoodLion Sweepstakes and get a chance to win a $500 gift coupon from Food Lion.

You are also eligible to enter into the sweepstakes even if you do not participate in the online survey.

All you need to do is take a 3×5 postcard and write down your name, email address, mobile number, date of birth, and address.
