4. In the next step, you will be asked to make a choice of the language in which you would prefer to take your survey. The language options available are – Spanish and English.
5. After selecting the preferred language, you will be asked to type the survey code. You will find heb survey code printed on your purchase receipt.
6. Once you are done, make a click on the START button to begin the HEB Survey.
7. A questionnaire will come up on your device screen with a set of questions mostly related to the store services, staff behavior, product quality, etc.
8. Answer all the questions according to the experience that you had during your last visit to the H-E-B Store.
9. You will also be asked to rate your overall satisfaction.
10. Once you have completed answering all the questions, you will have to enter some of your contact information such as name, phone number, a valid email ID, and residential address.
11. Now, go and make a click on the Submit button. After you have successfully taken the heb.com/survey, you will automatically get an entry into the H-E-B Sweepstakes to win a $100 gift coupon and heb.com gift card.

Mail-in Method

If you want to enter into the H-E-B Sweepstakes without taking part in the online survey then you can choose the mail-in method.
